These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website, purchasing our products, and interacting with our services. By accessing our site and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or limited stock

  • Errors in pricing, description, or product listing

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Non-compliance with our policies or terms

If your order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has already been processed.

2. Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Products

We specialize in custom and made-to-order pieces. When placing a custom order:

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • All custom sales are final — no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be accepted once production has started.

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 7–21 business days, but may vary depending on complexity and demand.

  • Changes in design, material, or size are not permitted after confirmation.

You will receive regular updates throughout production if applicable.

3. Product Accuracy & Variations

We strive for 100% accuracy in product listings. All specifications, pricing, images, and descriptions are provided to help you make an informed purchase.

However:

  • Custom jewelry may exhibit slight variations in stone color, clarity, or placement due to hand-setting and unique craftsmanship.

  • We do not guarantee color accuracy across all devices.

  • All weights, dimensions, and measurements are approximate and provided as a guide only.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

All prices are listed in AED or USD, depending on your region.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in materials, labor, or market demand.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • For international purchases (when available), your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or fees.

5. Payments & Security

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Bank Transfer / IBAN (upon request)

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

All transactions are encrypted and secured using third-party payment gateways. Zaharie & Co. does not store card data on our servers.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent behavior or unauthorized use of payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship within the GCC region: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Shipping methods include tracked courier services with delivery estimates shared at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information.

  • Zaharie & Co. is not liable for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses, local customs, or courier errors.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Custom orders and high-value shipments may require signature upon delivery.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We only offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You provide an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery

No refunds will be issued without video proof.
Refunds (when eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Product Authenticity & Materials

Our pieces are crafted using a mix of:

  • VVS Moissanite,

  • BU Diamonds (Belgium origin natural stones)

  • CE Diamonds (Certified Enhanced lab stones)

  • Gold plating, silver, stainless steel, and alloy materials

Each product includes its exact stone/material information.
We do not advertise pieces as “authentic” from luxury brands unless explicitly stated. All custom pieces are aftermarket or custom-made unless otherwise noted.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, product photography, content, and designs are the exclusive property of Zaharie & Co. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or repurpose any part of our website or content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zaharie & Co. is not liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions or misuse of our products

  • Damage from improper care or handling

  • Loss or damage once delivery is confirmed by the courier

All purchases are made at your own discretion. Please review all product descriptions carefully before buying.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
