Yes — we use a mix of real and lab stones, depending on the piece. Every product page clearly states the material used.

You’ll find:

  • VVS Moissanite – lab-created brilliance, passes most testers, serious shine

  • BU Diamonds – natural, Belgium-cut, high-grade, fully bustdown capable

  • CE Diamonds – Certified Enhanced (treated diamonds) for extra clarity

  • Natural Stones – in select premium or custom pieces

🛠️ How long do custom orders take?

It depends on the complexity. On average:

  • Simple customizations (small engraving, single color change): 5–7 business days

  • Full custom pieces (unique build, stone selection, size work): 14–21 business days

  • Bustdown or mixed-material requests: 21+ business days

🔁 Can I return a product?

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products (custom, handmade, or limited stock), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

✅ The product arrives damaged
📦 The wrong item is sent

To qualify, you must provide an unboxing video from the moment you open the package (before the seal is broken).
This is for your protection and ours.

💬 Can I request something that’s not listed on the site?

Yes. We take serious custom orders for:
